Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the NÖTRADE mobile application and this website (together, “the Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What NÖTRADE Is

NÖTRADE is a market information and portfolio tracking tool. It shows prices, charts, news and public filings, and it does arithmetic on holdings you enter yourself.

NÖTRADE is not a broker, an exchange, a custodian, or an investment adviser. It cannot execute trades, it never holds or has access to your funds, and it is not connected to your exchange or brokerage accounts.

Not Financial Advice

Everything in the Service — prices, charts, movers, news, filings, whale and insider flows, and AI-generated summaries — is provided for information only. None of it is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You are responsible for your own decisions. Trading digital assets and equities carries risk, including the total loss of your capital.

Market Data

Market data reaches the Service from third-party providers, including CoinGecko for cryptocurrency prices, Yahoo Finance for equities and indices, exchange APIs for real-time quotes, and public regulatory filings. That data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and it is cached before it reaches you. Each panel in the Service shows how recent its figures are. Do not rely on the Service as a system of record or as your only source for a trading decision.

AI-generated summaries are produced automatically from public sources and may contain errors. They are a starting point for your own reading, not a substitute for it.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and at least 13, to create one. You may delete your account and its data at any time in the app, under Account → Manage Account → Delete Account.

NÖTRADE PRO Subscriptions

NÖTRADE PRO is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it any time in your Apple ID settings. One App Store purchase unlocks one NÖTRADE account.

Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies; we cannot issue them. Deleting your NÖTRADE account does not cancel a subscription — that has to be done with Apple.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• scrape, mirror, or resell the data the Service displays;
• attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, or authentication, or access another user’s data;
• use the Service to build a competing dataset, or to place automated load on it beyond normal personal use;
• use the Service in any way that breaks the law where you are.

Availability

The Service is provided as it is and as it is available. Upstream data providers go down, rate-limit us, and change their interfaces without notice, and features may change or be withdrawn. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NÖTRADE is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any inaccuracy, delay or unavailability of the data in it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date, and continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
